I have compiled these promises of Divine help so Christians might learn them and stand on them during the days of chaos that lie ahead for us Americans.

And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. (Psalms 4:8)

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless. (Psalms 84:11)

Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong; for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away. (Psalms 37:1)

You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. (Isaiah 26:3)

I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. (Psalms 37:25)

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:5)

He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. (Psalms 112:7)

I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. (Psalms 34:4)

This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. (Psalms 34:6)

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. (Psalms 34:7)

A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all; (Psalms 34:19)

Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers. (I Timothy 4:16)

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.” (Isaiah 30:15)

For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, (Romans 8:13)

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (Philippians 4:4)

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (Philippians 4:7-9)

“See, it is I who created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame and forges a weapon fit for its work. And it is I who have created the destroyer to work havoc; no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the Lord. (Isaiah 54:16,17)

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)

The bolts of your gates will be iron and bronze, and your strength will equal your days. (Deuteronomy 33:25)

The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you, saying, ‘Destroy him!’ (Deuteronomy 33:27)

Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever. (Psalms 125:1)

He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. (Luke 10:18,19)

When I am afraid, I will trust in you. (Psalms 56:3)
